Google Meet

Let's meet on Google Meet. It's ideal for online calls and screen sharing, with nothing to install. If you're signing in for the first time, allow your browser to access your camera and microphone. You'll also need an email address registered with Google; it will not work without one. The easiest way to sign in is through Gmail, which is part of your Google account.

Chrome Remote Desktop

Chrome Remote Desktop is a free alternative to TeamViewer for remote computer access. We use it when we need to work with a client directly and resolve tasks more efficiently. It requires installation, so please check whether you are allowed to install software.

TeamViewer QuickSupport

The fastest way when we need to go through something directly on your computer. You download the QuickSupport version, a single small file that runs without installation. Once it starts, your ID and password appear on screen; send them to us and we'll connect. You can see everything we do the whole time, and you can end the session at any point by closing the window.
