Heureka is a shopping comparison engine. Unlike other platforms, it has no user management or agency roles, so access has to be handled by securely handing over login credentials. We handle this individually and securely. Get in touch and we will agree on the approach.

- Heureka does not offer additional users or agency roles. Access is only available via login credentials.
- Get in touch and we will agree on a secure way to hand over the credentials.
- Please do not send the credentials by regular email or in chat as plain text, we will agree on a secure channel.
- After the handover we verify that we can see your shop, PPC mode and statistics.
- When the cooperation ends you change the login credentials.

- Why can't Heureka be shared via an invite?

Heureka has no user management or agency roles like most advertising platforms. Access therefore cannot be granted by email, the only way is an agreed handover of login credentials.
- Should I send you the password by email?

No. Do not send login credentials by regular email, in chat or as plain text. Write to us and we will agree on a secure channel.
- What secure handover method will we use?

We will agree on it individually, for example by phone or a one-time link. The goal is to avoid storing the credentials permanently in an email inbox or chat.
- What exactly will you see after signing in?

After the handover we verify that we can see your shop, PPC mode and statistics. We use the access only for work on Heureka, not for other services.
- I have several shops on Heureka.

Let us know which shops the cooperation concerns. We will handle access for each shop separately to avoid any mix-up.
- What if I do not want to share the password at all?

We understand, but Heureka does not offer separate user access. If we are to work with the account, the login credentials need to be handed over securely, or we can review the work together in an agreed way.
- How do I remove the access after the cooperation?

When the cooperation ends, change the login credentials for the Heureka admin. That way our original access stops working.
- I cannot sign in to the admin.

First verify your sign-in at sluzby.heureka.cz. If you cannot get into the account either, the access needs to be restored on your side first, and only then can you hand over the credentials to us securely.
